Pramac Ducati Recruit Hector Barbera
- Pramac Ducati rider has made sure to replace Loris Capirossi who declared retirement.
Hector Barbera was chosen by the Pramac Racing Ducati to ride in MotoGP racing season 2012.
Prior to joining Pramac, the Spanish rider has been two years with Aspar Ducati in MotoGP.
“This will be my third year riding a Ducati, and I want to thank the Pramac Racing Team and Paolo Campinoti for giving me this opportunity,” said Barbera.
“In the last two seasons I have not conquered the results I want and I hope that now, after the experience I get, I can get better results,” added the rider who was a runner-up MotoGP 250 cc.
Pramac Racing MotoGP next year is suppose to use only one rider. Because both rider Randy de Puniet is also removable.
